Welcome to Beadsjoy Crafts, operated by Himalayan Yeti ApS. Thank
you for choosing our handmade products! Please read the following
terms carefully before placing an order on our website.
PRODUCTS
All products sold on our website are handmade with care and
attention to detail by Nepali artisans. We strive to provide
accurate and clear descriptions of our products, including
measurements and materials used. However, due to the handmade
nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color,
size, and design between items. We make every effort to provide
you with high-quality products that meet your expectations.
ORDERING
To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years
old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an
order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about
yourself, including your name, shipping address, and payment
information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate
reasons, including incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or
suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you will
receive a full refund.
PAYMENT
We accept payment through secure payment processing services,
including [credit/debit cards, MobilePay — adjust to match your
actual gateway]. By submitting payment information, you authorize
us to charge the total amount of your order, including applicable
taxes and shipping fees.
Prices are listed in [DKK for Danish customers / relevant currency]
and may be updated from time to time. Any price change will not
affect orders already confirmed.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within the EU, including Denmark, as well as internationally
depending on availability. We aim to process and ship orders within
1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by
destination and shipping method. You will receive a confirmation
email with tracking information once your order ships.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees,
import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customers within the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
from the date of delivery, without needing to give a reason. Please

how to initiate a return and how refunds are processed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including product descriptions, images,
and logos, is owned by or licensed to Himalayan Yeti ApS and is
protected by intellectual property laws. This content may not be
copied or used without our prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted under applicable Danish and EU law, we are
not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the
use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any
statutory rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law,
including rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
We do not guarantee that our website will be free of errors or
technical issues at all times, but we will make reasonable efforts
to resolve any such issues.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any
dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will
be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
As a consumer, you also have the right to file a complaint with
the Danish Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for
Klageløsning) or the relevant EU Online Dispute Resolution
