Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Refunds

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to cancel your 
purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving 
any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at 
info@beadsjoycrafts.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your 
order number and your intention to return the item(s).

Once we receive the returned item(s), or proof that they have been 
sent back to us, we will issue your refund within 14 days, using 
the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Items should be returned in their original condition. 

For damaged or defective items, please contact us at 
info@beadsjoycrafts.com before returning the product, and we will 
provide instructions.
